Clean Your Coils HVAC Service for Residential and Commercial

ENTREPRENEUR-IN-TRAINING (EIT) - HVAC OPERATIONS

About Clean Your Coils
Clean Your Coils, based in North Atlanta, GA helps homeowners and businesses lower their energy bills and extend the life of their HVAC systems through professional deep cleaning of outdoor condenser coils. Most HVAC companies don’t include this level of cleaning in their regular maintenance — but it’s essential for system efficiency and reliability.

We’re expanding across Atlanta and looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals with leadership skills work ethic, HVAC focus, and have the desire to eventually run something of their own.

This is ideal for someone who has completed, is currently enrolled in, or plans to complete HVAC training — and wants a path that goes beyond service calls to include leadership and business ownership potential.

About the Role
This Entrepreneur in Training (EIT) role is designed for someone who wants to learn both the craft and the business.

You’ll start hands-on in the field performing coil cleanings, working directly with customers, and learning our operational systems. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to sales, marketing, operations and territory management, and leadership responsibilities.

We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, earn trust through consistent performance, and eventually take ownership of a Clean Your Coils territory once they’ve proven themselves ready.

This is not a franchise — it’s a professional growth track for someone who wants to build their career in HVAC operations and, over time, run their own territory under the Clean Your Coils brand.

  • HVAC certification preferred (EPA or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Based in or near North Atlanta
